Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use Soundinator. By using the site you agree to them.

Accounts

You sign in with Google, Facebook, or an email address and password. You must be at least 13 years old (or older where local law requires). You're responsible for what happens under your account.

Uploading sounds

• Uploads can be up to 30 seconds long.
• You must own the recording or have the right to release it. By uploading you dedicate it to the public domain under CC0 1.0.
• No hateful, harassing, threatening, sexual or illegal content, no spam, and nothing that invades someone's privacy (for example, secretly recorded conversations).

Moderation

Anyone can report a sound. We may hide or remove any sound and suspend any account at our discretion, with or without notice, including automatically when a sound gets several reports.

No warranty

Soundinator is provided "as is". We don't guarantee the site will always be available or that any sound is free of third-party rights. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses arising from your use of the site or its sounds.

Changes

We may update these terms. If the changes are significant we'll say so on the site. Continuing to use Soundinator means you accept the updated terms.
