Soundinator respects copyright. Uploaders promise they have the right to release their sounds under CC0, but mistakes and bad actors happen.

Quickest option

Use the flag icon on the sound and choose "Copyrighted". Sounds with several reports are hidden automatically while we review them.

The link to each sound on Soundinator.
A description of the original work you own.
Your name, address, phone number and email.
A statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorised by you, your agent or the law.
A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you're the owner or authorised to act for them.
Your physical or electronic signature.

We remove valid notices promptly and suspend repeat infringers.

If your sound was removed and you believe that was a mistake, reply to the removal email with a counter-notice explaining why.
